Yes. Common wear parts are stocked in Germany. Model-specific parts are sourced through our direct supply chain to China; we quote the lead time before the repair. For warranty cases we can arrange mobility for the waiting period.
It depends on the model — and we tell you honestly before you buy what your chosen car can do. For every vehicle we deliver, we document the update path and assist with installation if an update does not arrive automatically.

Maintenance is billed by the partner workshop at its regular rates — communicated as an estimate upfront. Warranty cases under E-Protect cost you nothing. Fleets can get maintenance contracts at fixed terms.
