Warranty Highlights

🔋 Drive & Battery (High-Performance Protection)

The heart of your vehicle is our top priority.

  • Duration: 2 years or up to 80,000 km total mileage.
  • Scope: Covers the high-voltage battery (incl. BMS), electric motors (V6/V8 HyperEngine), and power electronics (Inverter, On-Board Charger).
  • Capacity Promise: We guarantee that the net capacity of your battery (State of Health) will not fall below 70%.

Covered:

  • Central Touchscreen
  • Head-Up Display (HUD)

Transparency Over Fine Print

🌍 Where is the warranty valid?

Your protection applies throughout Germany. You are also safe while traveling: For vacations or business trips, protection applies Europe-wide for up to six weeks.

🔧 What is reimbursed?

In the event of a warranty claim, an authorized specialist workshop will handle your vehicle.

  • Labor Costs: We cover 100% of labor costs.
  • Material Costs: Full 100% reimbursement up to 80,000 km mileage. After that, coverage is tiered fairly (80% up to 100,000 km, then 60%).

Note: The reimbursement limit per case is €10,000 for the Drive/Battery systems or the current market value for other damages.
