Frequently Asked Questions
When does the warranty period start?
The 2-year warranty starts on the date of delivery to you, as recorded on your handover documentation. If the vehicle was previously registered in China, the warranty still begins from your EU delivery date.
Is the battery covered under this warranty?
Yes. The high-voltage traction battery is fully covered for defects in materials and workmanship. Battery degradation beyond the manufacturer's stated threshold (typically below 70% SoH) is also covered during the warranty period.
Can I have my vehicle serviced at any workshop?
Warranty repairs must be carried out by an Auto China Connect authorized service partner to remain valid. We have a growing network of partners across the EU. Routine maintenance (e.g., tire changes) can be done anywhere without affecting your warranty.
What if I relocate to another EU country?
Your warranty is valid across all EU and EEA member states. Simply contact us to update your records, and we will connect you with a service partner in your new location.
