Spare-parts logistics

Wear and body parts come directly through our supply chain to China. Common parts are stocked in Germany; everything else is sourced to order — with a clear lead time quoted before any repair.

Remote diagnostics & OTA updates

Many issues can be solved without a workshop visit. We support remote diagnosis, accompany over-the-air updates and document per model which updates are available in Europe.

Battery service

Battery diagnostics with a documented state of health — reassurance for you, and a certificate that supports the resale price.

E-Protect warranty

Our warranty programme for drivetrain, battery and electronics. When a claim occurs, you contact us — we handle the process.

Report the case

By phone or e-mail. We come back to you with a first assessment no later than the next business day.

Diagnosis

Remotely where possible, otherwise at the nearest partner workshop. You receive the diagnosis and a cost estimate before anything is repaired.

Repair

The partner workshop repairs with parts we source. For warranty cases we settle the costs directly.

Completion & documentation

Every case is documented in the vehicle file — keeping the history complete and the resale value stable.

Frequently asked service questions

Where can I get my Chinese EV serviced?

At one of our partner workshops — all locations are public on our service network map, and we name your nearest workshop before you buy. EVs also need far less maintenance than combustion cars: no oil changes, fewer wear parts.

Can I get spare parts — and how fast?

Yes. Common wear parts are stocked in Germany. Model-specific parts are sourced through our direct supply chain to China; we quote the lead time before the repair. For warranty cases we can arrange mobility for the waiting period.

Do over-the-air updates work in Europe?

It depends on the model — and we tell you honestly before you buy what your chosen car can do. For every vehicle we deliver, we document the update path and assist with installation if an update does not arrive automatically.

What is a battery certificate and when do I need one?

A documented state of health of the traction battery. It builds trust at resale and makes depreciation predictable. We offer the diagnosis as part of ServicePlus.

What does service cost?

Maintenance is billed by the partner workshop at its regular rates — communicated as an estimate upfront. Warranty cases under E-Protect cost you nothing. Fleets can get maintenance contracts at fixed terms.
